Use and scope
These rules cover the six services in the imprint. The operator is Gregor Graf. The offered use is free of charge. Google sign-in or Drive synchronisation is not offered for now. An email enquiry does not create an obligation to place a paid order.
On 04.10.2026, Gregor Graf confirmed that no paid legacy agreements or ongoing service data exist. This confirmation does not concern earlier technical data, mail messages, short links or earlier cloud copies. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
Content, tools and short links
Only enter or share content and destination addresses whose use and disclosure are permitted. Short links must not be used for deception, distribution of malware or unlawful purposes. Attacks on services and circumventing technical limits are prohibited.
Regular/anonymous short links are valid for at most 30 days in target operation. Expiry ends redirection; data deletion and backup rotation are explained separately. Existing longer links retain their previously promised remaining lifetime and are neither extended nor deleted early. Tool results should be checked before use with significant consequences; statutory claims remain unaffected.
Abuse and access restrictions
Abuse or security problems can be reported to contact@synhub.dev with the affected URL/function and a comprehensible description. Restrictions occur only in cases of abuse or specific security needs and to the extent necessary. Gregor Graf reviews objections through this contact address; a fixed response time is not promised.
Availability, changes and end of service
Technical maintenance may restrict use. Binding individual commitments and statutory claims remain unaffected. Significant changes and a planned end of service are announced in advance through the affected services. Data return, specific time windows and remaining obligations are determined separately before termination. This does not create an automatic deletion instruction. Mere continued use does not generally constitute consent.
External destinations and data
When navigating to third-party services, their information also applies where applicable. SynHub's own obligations and statutory claims against the operator remain. Local deletion, server-side deletion and data held by providers are different operations; the privacy policy and Cookies/browser storage explain them.
Document access
The shared overview is available at https://synhub.dev/legal. The document sections are /legal/imprint, /legal/privacy, /legal/cookies and /legal/terms, each with a document version and navigation to the overview. Web, Hub and Social link to these documents. Context links in the separate SearXNG and IT-Tools configuration must be set up by the operator.
